	I have been experimenting with adding Moomis Busines Tools which includes Competencies. Nowhere near as complex as Saba for example but could be workable in a smaller organisation.

I have been experimenting with the Topic based course template and have setup an Intro to Social Networking using video from CommonCraft.com plus another useful video I found on the net. Add an assignment to that and you start to get a picture of how you can build things up using this template. Unfortunately, you may find these videos blocked if you are inside a corporate firewall as they are hosted on sites such as YouTube. (Blame your IT people for that!) Another new invitee to my various sites including this one is Mike Fitzgerald - Mike was responsible for getting me into the world of eLearning in the first place. Welcome Mike.
